On Feb.23rd, on the invitation of Buglairan Ministry of Ecomomy, H.E Ambassdor Zhang Haizhou
met with Caretaker Economic Minister Teodor Sedlarski.
During the meeting, both of them exchange the views on “One Road and One Belt” strategy,
the minister praised the opening policies on reform and development, achievements and great
progresses made by the Chinese government.The ambassdor expected the minister could pay highly
attention to the friendship and economic co-operation among the two countries, especially the
commercial activites. He also expressed particularly on how to improve and strengthen the
collaborations with Bulgaria in the fields of economic and technical co-operation, foreign trade,
IT and innovation. The minister and the ambassdor expressed their willingness to further inhance
the business activities especially in terms of transportation and infrastructure, food processing,
agriculture and tourism on the basis of muture benifits.
Counsellor Mr.Yao Chaoying of the Chinese Embassy in Bulgaria attended the meeting.
