Search and Selection Projects:

AIMS Human Capital has conducted extensive and professional executive search projects - over 1,800 positions for leading multinational companies at top and middle management levels, as well as senior professionals in the following functional areas:

International IT Company – conducted a 4-month search and selection procedure for recruiting of 60 Bulgarian IT specialists, willing to work in the Czech department of the company on a 2 year contract.

Pharmaceutical Company– preparation of analysis for all positions in the company, behavioral analysis of the employees and comparison between the personal profile of the candidate and the requirements of his position. Conduct of individual trainings and preparation of individual development programme.

HR Consultancy Projects:

Large Bulgarian Financial Institution – devising a catalogue of competencies and elaborating a performance appraisal system.  Delivering “Performance Appraisal - Train the Trainer” training session to the Management of the company.

Compensation and Benefits Survey, Bulgaria and Macedonia – launching the first Survey of the kind on the Bulgarian and Macedonian markets. The Survey in Bulgaria covers several business industries: production, information technologies and telecommunications, services, product distributors, pharmaceutical companies, consultancy companies and NGOs. In the last 10 years the Survey and its features have developed to include an Internet-based version providing opportunity for unlimited number of extracts and cross-sector analyses. In 2004, 122 leading international and local companies took part in the Survey in Bulgaria and 29 in Macedonia.

Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company – managing an overall project for company restructuring: analyzing the current organizational structure, review of job positions and job functions, providing assistance and recommendations in the new organizational structure development.  Conducting Employee Opinion and Motivation Survey, analyzing results and recommending activities supporting employees’ motivation.

State Electro-Distributing Company - conducting Employee Opinion and Organizational Climate Survey with focus on the pending privatization of the company. Providing recommendations to the Compensation and Benefits System as well as Internal Communication System. The Survey participated 815 employees.

Large Pharmaceutical Industry – conducting Employment Opinion and Organizational Climate Survey. Providing recommendations to the Compensation and Benefits System as well as Internal Communication System. The Survey participated 1 800 employees.

University in Bulgaria – managing organization structure reconstruction project, including 128 job positions analysis, respectively preparing job descriptions and job specifications. Elaborating a new system for job classification interrelated to adequate remuneration levels.

Pharmaceutical Company – the project involved assessment of the management potential of the employees and consultation on appropriate carrier development for each of the assessed individuals.

High-Technology Engineering Group – individual assessment of the whole team of the company preceding a tailored Team Development Session. The main purpose of the project was to assess the characteristics of each team member, identify strengths and possible areas for development.

Pharmaceutical Company – the top management has undertaken a series of staff development activities (carried out by AIMS Human Capital) among which Audit of the Management Skills of the middle and upper-middle management of the company.

Bulgarian IT Company – conduct of an overall Employment Opinion Survey, analysis of the results obtained and preparation of a strategic action plan aiming at increasing the employee motivation and satisfaction.

International Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company – recruitment services and participation in the formation of a new company structure, offering IT services from Bulgaria to 26 offices of the company abroad. 

Large Italian Production Company – assessment of the effectiveness of a conducted distance training for part of the managerial staff of the company in Bulgaria, as well as of the Greek division.

Large Brewing Company – “Coaching” sessions for the company’s management regarding results interpretation from an internally conducted 360-degrees feedback process.

International High-Technology Company – overall consultation on the Assessment System for the professional performance and design of Questionnaires concerning the personnel motivation.

Logistics Services Company – preparation of Job Descriptions and specifications for certain positions in the organizational structure.

Food Industry Leader – AIMS Human Capital carried out a project for leasing of 150-200 Sales Representatives, based all over the country and which involved salaries and social securities/benefits administration, as well as servicing car rental and fuel charges.

More than 15 Representative offices in Bulgaria of Leading International Companies – performing payroll and leasing services.

Training and Development Projects:

Bulgarian Mobile Operator – carrying out of an induction for all company’s employees. Structuring and conducting sales skills trainings for sales force. Recruitment for managerial positions.

Large International Banking Institution – designing and carrying out of a training programme, adapted to the organization needs and particular bank products. The training sessions aimed at developing management competencies within the management team. The group training has been complemented by coaching sessions for certain members of the managerial staff.
