Compensation and Benefits Survey, Bulgaria and Macedonia launching the first Survey of the kind on the Bulgarian and Macedonian markets. The Survey in Bulgaria covers several business industries: production, information technologies and telecommunications, services, product distributors, pharmaceutical companies, consultancy companies and NGOs. In the last 10 years the Survey and its features have developed to include an Internet-based version providing opportunity for unlimited number of extracts and cross-sector analyses. Fast Moving Consumer Goods Company managing an overall project for company restructuring: analyzing the current organizational structure, review of job positions and job functions, providing assistance and recommendations in the new organizational structure development.  Conducting Employee Opinion and Motivation Survey, analyzing results and recommending activities supporting employees’ motivation.

University in Bulgaria managing organization structure reconstruction project, including 128 job positions analysis, respectively preparing job descriptions and job specifications. Elaborating a new system for job classification interrelated to adequate remuneration levels.

 

Pharmaceutical Company the project involved assessment of the management potential of the employees and consultation on appropriate carrier development for each of the assessed individuals.

 

High-Technology Engineering Group individual assessment of the whole team of the company preceding a tailored Team Development Session. The main purpose of the project was to assess the characteristics of each team member, identify strengths and possible areas for development.
