We would like to introduce you “ Sunnytex” JSC, as a company specialised in production of wide textile for bed linen 100% of cotton, and ready articles out of them.
The textile is article percale with width range from 150 cm, 180 cm, 220 cm, 240 cm, to 300 cm. It is bleached, dyed and printed.
The production cycle is complete. It goes through spinning, pre-treating, weaving, finishing and sewing of the ready articles, including the packaging.
Since three years we have been working in the field of efficient use of the power output together with Japanese specialists in accordance with “ Jaika” program. At the moment we are the only company used as a model from the system of the textile companies in Bulgaria.
The company has modern equipped ready-made mill, which is maximally automated to produce the articles in accordance with the world market requirements. Also we have own workshops for laser engraved flat and rotary screens that gives the possibility to develop new designs in short terms. That also shortens the terms they go to the European markets. There is a created range for fabric dyeing and printing in working width 300 cm.
The advantages that we mentioned are serious reasons for a stable market presence on Bulgarian European and for future on American market.
The company was established in 1926 and now there are 650 employees.
National Republic of China is the biggest textile producer. With the cancelling of the import quotas for industrial goods from the beginning of the year of 2005, in accordance with the verdict of the World Trade Organisation, a fast encroachment of this product on the world market is expected.
