AGRA is the biggest and the only agricultural exhibition event in Bulgaria, which was approved by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry in 1995.

The roots of success are embedded in the thirteen years of tradition behind the exhibition, which is a special forum for agricultural professionals with commitment and clear visions.

The International Agricultural Exhibition AGRA is the unfailing partner in the revitalization and restructuring of the agricultural sector in Bulgaria. The event reflects all the current trends of the state agricultural policy and is a preferred direct link for dialogue between the Bulgarian and foreign companies and the specialists using their services.

The forthcoming EU-integration of Bulgaria presents many challenges as well as numerous opportunities to the agricultural sector. International Fair – Plovdiv is the modern exhibition centre, which contributes to the recognition of the Bulgarian products, both on the domestic and the European market.

Within the duration of AGRA, numerous business meetings, conferences, seminars and presentations are organized under the auspices of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry together with the National Centre for Agrarian Sciences. They outline the prospects and priorities for the successful development of the agricultural sector in Bulgaria.
